Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026
This is the agreement between you and us. We’ve written it in plain English on purpose — a page nobody can read isn’t protecting anybody.
01Who you’re dealing with
15 Together is operated by PARS Collective, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means you.
02Agreeing to this
By using this website, joining the email list, or holding a membership, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, don’t do those things.
03What 15 Together is — and isn’t
15 Together is a membership built around one habit: fifteen minutes, one kid, undivided attention. The app helps you record the minutes and keep the memories, and adds your minutes to a shared total we started at zero and are pushing toward a million.
It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or educational advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If something in your family needs a professional, please go and find one. We’re not going to tell you how to parent — you know your kid and we don’t.
04Getting access
Until your access opens, all this site does is take your email address. Leaving it costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and doesn’t sign you up for a subscription. It means we’ll email you as we build, and we’ll tell you when it’s your turn. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
05What it costs
Nothing, right now. There is no subscription, no price, and no payment method on file. We’re not charging early families anything while we build this with them.
We may introduce a paid membership later. If we do:
- We’ll tell you what it costs and when, by email, at least 30 days beforehand.
- You will have to actively agree and enter a payment method. We will never charge a card you haven’t given us for that purpose, and carrying on using a free account is not agreement.
- If you’d rather not pay, you keep access to what you’ve recorded long enough to export it.
Nothing on this site takes payment today. If you’re ever asked for card details somewhere claiming to be 15 Together, it isn’t us — email adam@15together.com.
06Your account
You need to be 18 or older to hold an account. One account covers one family — share it with the other adults raising these kids, not with the internet. Keep your login to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
07Your photos, your videos, your kids
This is the section worth reading twice.
- You own everything you put in. Photos, videos, notes, names. All yours. Full stop.
- You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service: to store your content, back it up, and show it back to you and the people who share your membership. That’s the whole licence.
- We will not publish it, sell it, show it to other members, put it in our marketing, or use it to train AI models. If we ever want to feature something you’ve made, we’ll ask you first and “no” is a complete answer.
- You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload — including that you have permission from a parent before uploading a photo of someone else’s child.
- The permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, other than backup copies that age out on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
08Using it decently
Don’t upload anything unlawful, and never anything that exploits or endangers a child. Don’t upload other people’s children without their parent’s permission. Don’t try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t resell access to it. We can remove content and close accounts that do these things.
09The minute counter
The community total reflects focused minutes members actually recorded in completed sessions. We don’t inflate it, seed it, or round it up, and it started at zero. We reserve the right to correct it if a bug or deliberate abuse puts wrong numbers into it.
10Keeping it running
We’ll do our best to keep the service available, but it can go down, and we may add, change or remove features as we learn what actually helps. If we ever discontinue 15 Together entirely, we’ll give you notice and let you export everything you’ve recorded. If you’ve paid for a period beyond the shutdown, we’ll refund it.
11Ending it
You can leave or delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account for breaking section 8, or for non-payment if you are ever on a paid plan. If we close your account through no fault of yours, we’ll let you export what you’ve recorded and refund anything you’ve paid for beyond that point.
12The legal bit about warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We can’t and don’t promise any particular outcome for you or your child — what we offer is a structure for showing up, not a guarantee about how it goes.
Some places don’t allow these exclusions, and where that’s true for you, they don’t apply.
13Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14If you cause us a problem
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
15Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Collier County, Florida. If you’re a consumer somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim locally, that right stands.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If we change anything that materially affects your membership — price, what you get, how you cancel — we’ll email you at least 30 days beforehand. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept it; if you don’t, cancel.
17Odds and ends
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once doesn’t mean we’ve given it up. You can’t transfer your membership to someone else; we can transfer this agreement if the business is sold. Together with the Privacy Policy, this is the whole agreement between us.
