Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026
The short version: we collect as little as we can get away with, we don’t sell any of it, and anything you record about your kids belongs to you and stays private to your account. The rest of this page is the long version.
01Who we are
15 Together is run by PARS Collective, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as 15 Together. We’re the ones responsible for the information described here (in European terms, the “data controller”).
The fastest way to reach a human about anything on this page is adam@15together.com. If you need our postal address for a formal request, email us and we’ll provide it.
02Where things stand today
Right now the only thing this website does is take an email address. There are no accounts and no payments yet. We’re opening 15 Together to families a little at a time, and the parts of this policy about accounts, sessions and photos start applying to you when your access opens. There is nothing to pay.
We’re publishing all of it now so you can read what you’re signing up for before you sign up for it.
03What we collect
When you join the list
- Your email address, because you typed it in.
- The date you joined, and which page you joined from.
Automatically, when you visit the site
- Standard web server records — IP address, browser and device type, the pages you looked at, the site that sent you. Our host uses these to serve the site and to block attacks.
- Product analytics: which pages get viewed and which buttons get tapped, tied to a random identifier rather than to your name. We use it to see whether the site is working, not to build a profile of you.
When the membership opens
- Your account: your email address, and a password or the sign-in provider you choose.
- Your kids: a first name or a nickname for each child you add. That’s all we ask for. No last names, no birthdays, no school, no address.
- Your sessions: which child, how many minutes, and when.
- Whatever you attach: a photo, a video, or a note, if you choose to add one. You never have to.
- Payment: there is none today — 15 Together costs nothing right now. If we ever introduce a paid membership, it will be handled entirely by Stripe. We would see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether it worked. We would never receive or store your full card number.
04Your children’s information
This is the part that matters most, so we’ve tried to be unambiguous about it.
- 15 Together is a product for parents. It isn’t directed to children, and children don’t get accounts. You must be 18 or older to hold one.
- The only information about your child in 15 Together is the information you put there.
- We deliberately ask for the minimum. A nickname is enough. If you’d rather type “Bug” than your daughter’s real name, the app works exactly the same.
- Photos, videos and notes you attach to a session are private to your account. They are not published anywhere, not shown to other members, not used in our marketing, and not used to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s.
- The community total on the site is minutes only. It is a sum. Nothing that identifies you or your child ever goes into it.
- You can delete any photo, any session, any child, or your entire account, whenever you want. See section 8.
- If you believe a child has given us information directly, email us and we will delete it.
05Why we use it
- To send you the emails you asked for — because you consented, and you can withdraw that at any time.
- To run the membership — because we need to in order to give you the thing you’re paying for.
- To take payment, if there is ever anything to pay — same reason.
- To keep the site up and secure, and to understand how the product is used — our legitimate interest in having a service that works, balanced against your privacy. Where the law requires consent for this, we’ll ask.
- To meet tax and legal obligations — because we have to.
06Who else touches it
We use a small number of established companies to actually run the thing. They process your information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — sends our email and holds the list.
- Cloudflare — hosts and protects the website.
- Stripe — would process payments if a paid membership is ever introduced. Nothing is charged today.
- Mixpanel — product analytics.
- Apple or Google — if you install or subscribe through their app stores, on the terms they set.
Beyond that, we may share information with our accountant or lawyers, where the law or a valid legal request requires it, and with a buyer if the business is ever sold — in which case we’ll tell you first.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Today this site carries no advertising or social-media tracking pixels. If that ever changes we will update this page, and where the law requires it, ask you first.
07Where it lives
Our providers are based in the United States and store information there. If you’re in the UK, the EU, or somewhere else with transfer rules, your information will be transferred to the US under the standard contractual protections those providers put in place.
08How long we keep it, and how to get rid of it
- Your email on the list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a minimal record of the unsubscribe so we don’t accidentally email you again.
- Your account and its contents: for as long as your account is open. Delete an individual photo, session or child and it goes.
- If you delete your account: we remove your content from the live service within 30 days. Backup copies age out within a further 90 days. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires, and nothing else.
09Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email adam@15together.com and we’ll get to it — normally within 30 days. We may need to confirm it’s really you before we act.
If you’re in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you’re in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with a privacy law, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising — we don’t do either of those, but the right stands. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of this.
10Cookies
The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Our email and hosting providers set functional ones to make signup and security work, and our analytics uses a first-party identifier held in your browser. You can clear or block all of it in your browser settings; the site will still work.
11Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, we use reputable providers, and access to member information is limited to people who need it — which today is one person. No online service is perfectly secure, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. If something ever goes wrong that affects you, we’ll tell you.
12Changes to this policy
If we change this page we’ll update the date at the top. If we change something that actually matters to you, we’ll email you about it rather than hoping you notice.
13Getting in touch
